Our Products and Medical use Advice Disclaimer

You understand that we offer legal Hemp derived products ("Products"). You acknowledge that we are not licensed medical doctors or practitioners  nor do we offer any prescription medicine advice. You acknowledge that we do not endorse any specific Doctor or practitioner or any Policy as being better than another. We do not otherwise guarantee the legal and medical accuracy or applicability of any products for your medical needs. Refunds for Services

All Sales are final, No Refunds, No Exchanges, and no returns. If an item is damaged during shipment a claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving, and in order to issue refunds for purchased items they must be in the original sealed, unopened, new condition and within 48 hours of the original receiving date, a return tracking must be provided to Florida Cannabis Supply. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
